In this podcast, I talk about the importance of living a healthy lifestyle, and I specifically talk about why fitness is so important as a college student. Fitness has helped me grow tremendously into the person I am today; therefore, I wanted to speak about my experience in this podcast. By listening to this, you will hear about my fitness journey, and how fitness has personally helped me, both physically and mentally.
This podcast is done in collaboration with a few other blogs who specialize in health, nutrition and wellness, in order to provide as much information as possible about all things health related. As a group, we have decided to get together with Rutgers HOPE (Health Outreach, Promotion and Education) nonprofit, a student-centered unit within Rutgers that is dedicated to helping student health both physically and mentally.
