This is a public service announcement about Rutgers HOPE (Health Outreach, Promotion and Education). Rutgers HOPE focuses on the health and well-being (both physically and mentally) of college students at Rutgers University. Since my website focuses on getting healthy through fitness, I have chosen to work with Rutgers HOPE to give you more advice on how to stay healthy in University.
